Every Product is handmade in a small factory in Switzerland.

This means for you:

• Minor cosmetic imperfections can appear.
• Production or delivery may take longer than confirmed at the time of order. All products are made to order. Despite precise planning, unexpected incidents may occur.
• If you have any questions about your order or would like to make a small change, please contact us. As long as the board has not yet been produced, some points of your order can be adjusted. info@oxess.ch

Estimated Delivery:

Once you add a product to your shopping cart, the estimated delivery date is set. Products that stay in your cart for a longer period of time will no longer affect this date. In exceptional cases, this could even result in the estimated delivery date being theoretically before the order date. For example, if you place the order three weeks after adding the products to your cart, those three weeks will be missing in the preparation and production of your product. Therefore, in order to meet the estimated delivery date, we recommend adding the products to your cart and placing the order as soon as possible.
