Why is my country is not availabe to choose while checkout?

There are two reasons for this:

  • In some countries we are working with dealers, so we will not deliver directly. Please contact the dealer in your country if you like to get your product delivered to: China, Japan, Russia, South Korea. For more details check out the page "Dealers"
  • In the past we delivered our products to all the countries you can choose from in the checkout area. Prices for shipping is based on what we experienced in the past. If you live in a country we have never delivered we don't know about the shipping costs. We will deliver to your door step, but we need to check the prices first. Please contact us.

There are different board constructions. What are the differences?

  • The boards with a carbon topsheet are basically made with fiberglass/carbon (below 170cm) and fiberglass/carbon with an additional layer of titanal (above 170cm). The carbon topsheet gives the product power/agility. You will get a active and responsive board feel. And you also get the rad looking and nearly indestructable carbon topsheet. 
  • The boards with full-titanal construction are suited for riders who like a very damped and controllable board feel. The boards are often a bit heavier. This is mostly required in competitive racing. With this construction you can choose of a variety of topsheet colors. 

Why does the white topsheet color look slightly gray on the table with the topsheet color overview?

  • The white topsheet is in fact very slightly gray. That's the reason it works well with a white logo color. With every other logo color it looks perfectly white. 

Is it possible to get the base or edge serviced or get any repairs done by oxess?

  • Yes! For a basic board service we charge CHF 60.00. For bigger tasks like repairs we charge based on effort.

    You do not need to contact us in advance to make an appointment. All you need to do is drop off your board or skis at our workshop during office hours. A member of staff will take care of receiving them.
    As soon as the service is completed, you will be contacted by us (usually within 4 working days).

Is it possible to visit oxess to speak personally about future projects or general consultation?

  • Yes! Please keep in mind that we only can take our time for your request if you make an appointment beforehand.

Are you selling products with minor defects?

  • Under "Outlet" you will find a selection of products with minor faults or from stock. However, the products shown are not all available. If you are looking for a specific product but cannot find it in "Outlet", please send us an e-mail.
