1.    Scope of application of the GTC

With the placing of an order the general terms and conditions are considered accepted.

2.    Orders and prices

The prices are ex works in CHF, including VAT and duties.
There are rare occasions where additional duty fees appear after the delivery. 

3.    Customizing

Everything is possible! Tell us your wishes and we will discuss them together.

4.    Delivery time

The delivery time is at least 3 weeks after definite order receipt and depends to a large extent on the season. See also "estimated delivery" of the specific product. 

The exact delivery date can in rare cases be later than estimated. 

5.    Payment mode

Payment must be made with credit card in full account before the product is handed over or delivered.

6.    Shipping

Any shipping costs are different and will be added depending on size, weight and destination.

7.    Collection

There are no shipping costs if the product is collected by the customer. In this case we will inform you by e-mail as soon as it is available.

8.    Warranty and liability

All our products are covered by a one-year warranty for defects due to construction faults.

This means that no warranty is given in the cases below:

• on titanal boards, if they are compressed/bent
• on boards broken in competition, e.g. after a crash

9.    Defects

We request our customers to check the goods immediately and to inform us in writing within 5 days in case of defects.

10.  Return and Exchange

Since the boards are built according to individual needs, a return or an exchange is unfortunately not possible.

11.  Revocation and termination

A definitive order cannot be cancelled for the same reason as at point 10.

12.  Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are subject to Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
