The SXR is a nimble and active carving board with a slalom-like turn radius combined with the extended edge length for more stability at high speeds. The 200mm waist width is identical to my World Cup raceboard. This makes it the perfect tool to draw deep grooves in the piste with a big smile on my face.

The new XR Series brings the proven Titanal technology of our RS and RG Alpine Competition boards to performance-oriented freecarving. Based on our World Cup race construction, a newly developed flex and refined setup deliver outstanding damping, stability and acceleration with a smoother, more accessible ride.

The optimized sidecut, with a maximum radius difference of just 2 m, ensures balanced, predictable turns while maintaining precise edge control and dynamic acceleration.

The result: World Cup-inspired performance combined with intuitive, versatile carving.

 

SXR – 200 mm

The SXR is the most versatile board in the XR Series and our standard choice for most male riders.

Its 200 mm waist corresponds closely to the typical men's board widths used in Alpine World Cup racing and creates an exceptionally balanced combination of edge-to-edge response, stability and freedom of movement.

The SXR sits at the center of the XR range. It offers enough width for more open binding angles while remaining quick and precise from edge to edge. Combined with the new Titanal construction and carving-specific flex, this makes it equally capable of dynamic short turns, powerful long carves and high-speed riding.

If you are looking for the most balanced and versatile representation of the XR concept, the SXR is the reference point.
